Assortment of specialty cheeses or cashew and lupin vegetable cheeses; homemade jam; boletus and toasted hazelnut croquette, artichoke, smoked vegetable ham and pistachio croquette, or gorgonzola, fig and walnut croquette; crispy roll filled with vegetable mozzarella and sun-dried tomato, Marcona almond sobrasada and caramelized onion with agave syrup, or filled with carrot, leek and goat cheese with honey; Central Market olives with our dressing; fruits; spiced nuts, and assorted breads.
Main dish (to choose)
· Portobello mushroom and boletus bourguignon with vegetable meatballs. (Vegan and gluten free)
· Burrito. Wheat tortilla filled with organic shiitake marinated in Japanese sauce, vegetable chicken with ‘chimichurri’, red onion, avocado, dry tomato and crunchy whole cereals served with sriracha mayonnaise. (Vegan)
· Homemade pasta stuffed with mushrooms and caramelized onion with walnut and thyme pesto and grated vegetable cheese. (Vegan)
· Cuori di formaggio. Artisan fresh pasta stuffed with edamer, taleggio D.O.P., grana padano D.O.P., robiola di Roccaverano and ricotta cheese served with roasted pumpkin sauce and roasted hazelnuts
· Three cooking stages organic aubergine with rustic tapenade and feta cheese. (Vegan option and gluten free)
· Valencian Titaina. Tomato, peppers, pine nuts, garlic and vegetable tuna accompanied by poached free-range egg served with corn flat bread
· Caprese burger. Quarter-pounder style vegetable steak, smoked scamorza cheese, natural tomato, battered aubergine, lamb's lettuce, pesto rosso with olive, basil, sundried tomato and caramelized onion on brioche bread with potato and sweet potato
Dessert (to choose)
· Spiced organic pumpkin pie with hot chocolate. (Vegan and gluten free)
· 'Black and white' cup. Cinnamon, meringue milk and coffee artisan ice cream with melted chocolate and wafer. (Vegan and gluten-free option)
